Calculators give information, not advice
Our calculators do arithmetic and show UK rates as we understand them. They aren’t tax, financial or legal advice. For your own situation, check with HMRC, GOV.UK or a qualified adviser.
Your files are your responsibility
Files are processed on your device and we never receive them. Keep your own copies of anything important, and only use files you have the right to use. Unlock PDF is for PDFs you know the password to. Don’t use it to get into documents you aren’t entitled to open.
Fair use
Please don’t try to disrupt the site, get around its protections, or use automated tools to put heavy load on it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
